Yes. Every part we sell is inspected before dispatch and tested wherever testing applies — screen assemblies are checked on the panel, the touch response and the connector. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Express Shipping (DHL, UPS or FedEx) takes 5-8 working days and is normally used for parcels over 2 kg. Registered Air Post takes 10-20 working days and is normally used for parcels under 2 kg. Every order ships with a tracking number. Customs clearance can add extra time, especially during peak season.

Customs charges depend on your own country's import rules and its de minimis threshold, not on the seller. Some destinations apply no duty at all on lower-value parcels, and where duty or VAT does apply it is collected by your local post office or courier before delivery. We ship every order with complete and accurate commercial documents, which is what keeps a parcel moving through customs instead of sitting in it. If you would like to estimate the charges before you order, email us your country and we will point you to the right authority.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, uninstalled and in the packaging it arrived in. Once a part has been fitted, bonded or used it cannot be returned, so please test the part before installation. To start a return, email sales@iProGadget.com.

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us at sales@iProGadget.com straight away with photos or a short unboxing video, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

No. We are a supplier of replacement parts only. We are not a repair shop, and we do not provide repair guides, tutorials or step-by-step installation support. Every part we sell is intended to be installed by a professional technician at a qualified repair shop, which also gives the best result: a technician can transfer the small components, handle the adhesives and test the finished repair. Please do not attempt the installation yourself if you have no previous repair experience, as these assemblies are fragile and incorrect handling can damage them permanently. We sell parts only and do not accept responsibility for installation carried out by the customer. Our warranty covers the part itself and remains valid until the part is installed. If a problem appears after the repair, please take the device back to the repair shop that fitted the part so they can inspect the installation and test the device.
