- Touch or non-touch, resolution and refresh rate. Tell us whether your screen is a touch screen or a non-touch screen, its resolution, and its refresh rate in Hz. If you are not sure, just send the model number and we will check it for you.
- Photos of your old screen. Once the machine is opened, a full photo of the back of the old screen and a close-up of the label or barcode sticker on it. That label carries the exact panel part number, which removes any doubt about which screen you need.
We check your photos against our stock before dispatch. If something does not match, we will contact you first instead of sending a part that may not fit. Once your details are confirmed, we arrange shipment within 1 to 3 business days. Thank you for helping us get it right.

Customs clearance can add extra time, especially during peak season.
Will I be charged import duties or customs fees?
Customs charges depend on your own country's import rules and its de minimis threshold, not on the seller. Some destinations apply no duty at all on lower-value parcels, and where duty or VAT does apply it is collected by your local post office or courier before delivery. We ship every order with complete and accurate commercial documents, which is what keeps a parcel moving through customs instead of sitting in it. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, uninstalled and in the packaging it arrived in. No. We are a supplier of replacement parts only. We are not a repair shop, and we do not provide repair guides, tutorials or step-by-step installation support. Every part we sell is intended to be installed by a professional technician at a qualified repair shop, which also gives the best result: a technician can transfer the small components, handle the adhesives and test the finished repair. Please do not attempt the installation yourself if you have no previous repair experience, as these assemblies are fragile and incorrect handling can damage them permanently.
