iProGadgets OEM Repair Parts for the HP Presence 24 All-in-One with Zoom Rooms — Screen Reference and Fitment Check

Quick answer: this is a brand-new 23.8 inch FHD touch screen assembly — the 1920 x 1080 in-cell touch, matte anti-glare panel that the HP Presence 24 All-in-One with Zoom Rooms uses. That machine is built on the same chassis as the EliteOne 840 G9 all-in-one, and the rear label on yours will read regulatory model HSC-Q002-24, a code shared by four machine names. The good news for this one: the Presence 24 ships with a touchscreen as standard — it was never offered with a non-touch screen — so there is no touch-or-not roulette on this model, and this is the panel for it. Touch is built into the panel itself, so there is no separate touch glass to buy and no digitizer to transfer across from the screen you are removing. Every unit is double tested before shipping and covered by a 30-day return window on unused, uninstalled parts.

  • Fit: The FHD in-cell touch screen for the HP Presence 24 All-in-One with Zoom Rooms and the Presence 24 All-in-One with Zoom RoomsX (regulatory model HSC-Q002-24). LVDS signal connector, a separate backlight plug and a USB touch lead, all at the bottom left, no side brackets
  • Panel: IPS (a-Si TFT-LCD), matte anti-glare with 25% haze and a 3H hard coat, 1920 x 1080, in-cell touch built into the panel itself so there is no separate glass overlay, about 330 cd/m² typical in the factory record for the main panel code, 3-side borderless, roughly 2.2 kg, and about 535 mm x 313 mm x 12 mm overall
  • Testing: every unit is double tested before shipping — display, touch response, and fitment against the machine it is sold for

Technical Specifications

Item Detail
Part number — this listing The 23.8 inch FHD in-cell touch screen that this all-in-one chassis takes. The rear label on your machine reads regulatory model HSC-Q002-24, and that single code covers four machine names: the HP EliteOne 840 23.8 inch G9 All-in-One Desktop PC, the EliteOne 840 23.8 inch G9 All-in-One Desktop PCX, the Presence 24 All-in-One with Zoom Rooms and the Presence 24 All-in-One with Zoom RoomsX. Four names, one chassis, one screen — but two possible display options across the family, so read the label on the back of the screen you are removing and compare it with the rows below before ordering
The machine this screen is sold for The HP Presence 24 All-in-One with Zoom Rooms and the Presence 24 All-in-One with Zoom RoomsX are conference-room all-in-ones: a 12th Generation Intel Core i5-12500 or i5-12600, a 16 MP 4K camera (4 MP binned), dual 360-degree omnidirectional microphones, audio by Bang & Olufsen, Zoom Rooms preinstalled, and Windows 10 IoT Enterprise. Product numbers include 6K0D0AW. The display is listed by the manufacturer as a 60.5 cm (23.8 inch) diagonal FHD 1920 x 1080 touch IPS anti-glare panel, and the machine was not offered with a non-touch screen at any point — so for this model the panel below is the only display option there is
Service part numbers cross-referenced N08198-001 is the service part number most widely published for this 23.8 inch FHD touch display panel across these models, and suppliers also cross-list M36937-272, M36937-371 and N10796-001 against the same screen. Those are cross-references quoted by suppliers rather than our own stock codes, so treat them as search terms and not as proof — send us the number from your label and we will confirm the match before dispatch
Panel codes covered Read the code printed on the back of the screen you are removing — either spelling is fine — and send it to us
Screen size 23.8 inches diagonal (60.45 cm), 16:9, 92 PPI
Resolution 1920 x 1080 px (FHD / 1080p)
Refresh rate The panel factory records put this panel at 75 Hz. The HP specification sheet for these machines quotes 60 Hz at 1920 x 1080. Both are true of the two different things being measured, the panel on a bench against the assembled computer, and we do not average them. Fitting this panel will not make a 60 Hz machine output 75 Hz, and it will not harm it either — but if the screen you are removing runs faster than this one, tell us first
Panel technology IPS, a-Si TFT-LCD, normally black, transmissive, with WLED edge backlighting along the bottom edge and no separate backlight driver. Matte anti-glare finish, 25% haze with a 3H hard coat. Viewing angle 89/89/89/89, contrast 1000:1, response about 14 ms grey to grey, 16.7 million colours. Three-side borderless. There is no glossy option on this chassis — the machine was sold anti-glare only, so a matte screen is what you are removing and a matte screen is what you get
Brightness and colour — the sources disagree 330 cd/m² typical with about 99% sRGB (roughly 78% NTSC) in the factory record ,Other suppliers quote at around 300 cd/m² and 72% NTSC. The HP specification sheet gives the touch option as 300 nits and 99% sRGB against 250 nits and 72% NTSC for the non-touch option, while the HP specification pages for individual machines in this family — including the Presence 24, which is touch-only — print 250 nits and 72% NTSC. These figures come from documents that do not agree and they measure different things: the bare panel on a bench, the assembled all-in-one including its cover glass, and the panel supplier's own data sheet. We do not average them. If an exact brightness or colour coverage figure matters to you, tell us before ordering and we will confirm what is in stock
Touch Yes — in-cell touch, ten points, driven over USB with the controller on the panel itself. Because the touch layer sits inside the panel rather than as a separate glass sheet bonded on top, this is supplied as one unit: there is no separate digitizer glass to buy, and none to transfer across from the screen you are removing. This is the single most important thing on this page — if the screen you are removing does not respond to your finger, this is not the part you need
Signal interface LVDS, 2 channels, 8-bit, on a 30-pin connector at 1.0 mm pitch, 5.0 V. The backlight is fed separately on a 6-pin plug and the touch functions travel on a third USB lead, so three connections have to be released and refitted, not one. Some suppliers quote a 36-pin connector on the other panel code — if the plug on your machine's own cable is a 36-way connector, send us a photo before ordering
Connector position Bottom left, viewed from the back of the panel. The backlight and touch leads run to the same lower edge, and the signal driver strip is bonded along that edge
Outline and mounting Outline about 535.12 mm wide x 313.12 mm high x 11.65 mm deep; active area 527.04 x 296.46 mm; weight about 2.20 kg. The driver strip is folded along the bottom edge of the panel, so lift the panel by its edges only and never flex the lower edge. Mounting is by threaded holes at the rear of the panel, with no side brackets and no lugs — the screen sits behind the front bezel rather than being screwed to a frame, so have the bezel adhesive ready before you start
NOT the non-touch panel from the same chassis The HSC-Q002-24 chassis was also sold with a separate non-touch panel on its own part number — suppliers publish N08197-001 for it,There is no touch layer in it and the machine's touch lead has nothing to connect to, so the two are not interchangeable in either direction. Touch is the check: if the screen you are removing answers to your finger this is the part, and if it does not, you need the non-touch screen

Compatibility

Device Model numbers / part codes
Regulatory model on the machine label HSC-Q002-24. This is a regulatory model number for the whole computer, not a panel part number, and it is shared by four machine names: the HP EliteOne 840 23.8 inch G9 All-in-One Desktop PC, the EliteOne 840 23.8 inch G9 All-in-One Desktop PCX, the Presence 24 All-in-One with Zoom Rooms and the Presence 24 All-in-One with Zoom RoomsX. It confirms the chassis; the labels inside the machine confirm the display option
Machine coverage — confirmed, touch only For HP Presence 24 All-in-One with Zoom Rooms, and Presence 24 All-in-One with Zoom RoomsX. Both are named in the regulatory registration for HSC-Q002-24, and both ship with a touchscreen as standard. This is the cleanest fit in the family: there is no non-touch version of the Presence 24 to confuse it with, and no touch lead left unconnected
Machine coverage — same chassis, other names For HP EliteOne 840 23.8 inch G9 All-in-One Desktop PC and EliteOne 840 23.8 inch G9 All-in-One Desktop PCX. Same chassis, same panel, and the same registration — but that model, unlike the Presence 24, was also sold with a non-touch screen, so a Presence 24 replacement panel and an EliteOne 840 G9 replacement panel are the same part only when the EliteOne is the touch build
Machine coverage — supplier-quoted The 23.8 inch AIO models EliteOne 800 G9, ProOne 440 G9 and Z2 G9 are grouped with this panel by suppliers, and this store lists the ProOne 440 G9 screen separately on its own part number. Those groupings come from supplier catalogues rather than from the document for your own machine, so send us your label and we will check honestly before dispatch
Product numbers covered Examples of the all-in-one configurations that take this screen: 6K0D0AW, 4F101AV, 4F102AV, 5V6W0ES, 7A1Z0UC, D58RJET, A0YZ9EA, 8B3V8AW, D80CBPT. A product number identifies a whole configured machine rather than the panel, so it is a search term and a cross-check, not a fitment proof
NOT the non-touch screen from the same chassis Suppliers publish N08197-001 as the 23.8 inch FHD non-touch panel for the EliteOne 840 G9 and the EliteOne 800 G6. Same size and same resolution, different panel, no touch layer and no touch lead, quoted at 250 nits and 72% NTSC. Neither one replaces the other in either direction — tell us if the screen you are removing responds to your finger
Same screen, other entries in this store This panel is also listed here against the service part number N08198-001 for the EliteOne 800 and 840 Series G9, against N10796-001 for the ProOne 440 G9, and against the machine-label code HSC-Q002-24 for the EliteOne 840 G9. Those entries and this one describe the same physical screen from different search angles, so a search for the machine, the service part number or the panel code all reach it — and if you are unsure which applies to your all-in-one, send us the label and we will tell you

Before We Ship — Please Send Us These 3 Details

This all-in-one chassis shipped with two different screens and the rear label code does not say which one is inside, so the listing alone cannot always tell us what to send. After you place the order we will contact you for the three items below — please send them so we can confirm the fitment and dispatch the correct, fully compatible screen straight away:

  1. A photo of your computer. A clear photo of the whole machine, plus the model and serial label on the rear. That label carries the regulatory model number HSC-Q002-24 and the product number, and between them they identify the configuration.
  2. Whether the screen you are removing is touch. Touch the display you are replacing and tell us whether it responds. If you are not sure, or if the screen is already dead, say so — we will work it out from the photos instead.
  3. Photos of the old screen. Once the machine is opened, a full photo of the back of the old panel and a close-up of the label on it. That label carries the panel code and the connector, which removes any doubt about which screen you need.

We check your photos against our stock before dispatch. If something does not match, we will contact you first instead of sending a part that may not fit. Once your details are confirmed, we arrange shipment within 1 to 3 business days. Thank you for helping us get it right.

Installation Notes

  • Unplug the power cord and hold the power button for a few seconds before you start. These all-in-ones have no battery, but the power supply stays live and the display connector is not designed to be mated or unmated with it energised.
  • The screen sits behind the front bezel rather than being screwed to a frame, so the bezel has to come off first. Work slowly, warm the adhesive evenly, and use a suction cup on the glass rather than prying at the panel edge — a flexed panel cracks long before it bends.
  • Three connections have to be released: the LVDS signal plug, the backlight plug and the USB touch lead. They run to the lower edge of the panel. Release any latch before pulling, and never pull on the wires themselves.
  • Clean the flex cables with alcohol before installation and confirm that each one is fully seated and latched.
  • Do not pull, tear or push on the flex cables, be careful during installation.
  • Handle the panel by its edges only, and never flex the bottom edge where the driver strip is bonded.
  • Test the panel on the connectors before you bond it into the bezel or refit the rear cover, and keep the protective film on until it works.
  • Please tap the screen carefully, because the screen is too fragile to damage.

Quality Control

Strictly tested by the iProGadgets QC Team — every unit is double tested before shipping and ships in good working order, including a touch-response check. After receiving the part, please check the appearance and test it first: connect the part to the machine for a functional test before full installation, and only reassemble once everything works. We are not responsible for any installation mistakes — if you are not experienced with all-in-one screen replacement, have the part fitted by a professional repair shop.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, and every package carries a tracking number you can follow on the order page. Delivery typically takes 7 to 10 days after dispatch.

Returns & Warranty

30-day returns on unused, uninstalled parts. The warranty is valid until installed — once a screen has been fitted, the return window no longer applies, which is why we ask you to test before installation.

FAQs

My Presence 24 does not respond to touch — is it broken, and does this fit?

A Presence 24 always shipped with a touchscreen, so a dead touch response means the panel or its USB touch lead has failed — it does not mean you bought the wrong kind of machine. This is the right panel. Before concluding the panel is at fault, though, reseat the USB touch lead at both ends: on these all-in-ones that lead is a separate cable and a half-seated plug looks exactly like a dead touchscreen. If it still does nothing after that, replace the panel, and send us a photo of the label on the back of the old one so we can confirm the code before dispatch.

The Presence 24 and the EliteOne 840 G9 use the same screen — do they take the same part?

They take the same panel when the EliteOne is the touch build, and that distinction is the whole reason this listing exists. The Presence 24 was sold touch-only; the EliteOne 840 G9 on the same chassis was also sold with a non-touch screen on its own part number. So the replacement panel is identical across the two machines for the touch build, and completely different for the non-touch build. If you are not sure which you have, the answer is one finger-tap away: touch the screen you are removing.

The brightness and refresh figures published for this panel differ — which are right?

All of them are, and that is why we print the sources instead of one number. The factory record reads 330 cd/m², 99% sRGB and 75 Hz. The HP specification sheet gives the touch option as 300 nits and 99% sRGB and the non-touch option as 250 nits and 72% NTSC, and quotes 60 Hz for the assembled computer; the HP specification pages for the individual machines in this family, including the touch-only Presence 24, print 250 nits and 72% NTSC. The panel supplier's data sheet, the bare panel on a bench and the finished computer including its cover glass are three different measurements, and a theoretical refresh ceiling is not a promise about the machine's own output. So if an exact brightness, colour coverage or refresh figure is what decides your order, tell us before buying and we will confirm what we are shipping rather than leave you to average a set of numbers that do not sit together.

How do I check that this is the screen I need?

Turn the machine around first. The label on the rear reads regulatory model HSC-Q002-24 alongside the serial number, and that code covers four machine names on one chassis — so it confirms you have the right family but says nothing about which screen is inside. Now open it, lay the display face down and read the label on the back of the panel. The screen you are removing should be 23.8 inch, 1920 x 1080, matte anti-glare and touch, on a 30-pin LVDS plug at the bottom left with no side brackets. Send us a photo of that panel label and we will match it before dispatch instead of shipping a screen that may not fit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this part compatible with my device?

This listing is for Replacement LCD Touch Screen Display For HP Presence 24 AIO Zoom Rooms 23.8 inch FHD Panel. It is built as a direct-fit replacement for the model named in the title. Match the model number in the title against your own device before ordering. If you are not sure which version you need, email sales@iProGadget.com and we will confirm the correct part for you.

What is the quality of these replacement parts?

We supply iProGadgets OEM Quality / Premium Compatible replacement parts. Every part is manufactured to OEM specifications, so the fit, finish and function match the original component it replaces, and each unit is individually tested before it leaves our warehouse.

Is the part tested before it is shipped?

Yes. Every part we sell is inspected before dispatch and tested wherever testing applies — screen assemblies are checked on the panel, the touch response and the connector. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

How long does shipping take?

Orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Express Shipping (DHL, UPS or FedEx) takes 5-8 working days and is normally used for parcels over 2 kg. Registered Air Post takes 10-20 working days and is normally used for parcels under 2 kg. Every order ships with a tracking number. Customs clearance can add extra time, especially during peak season.

Will I be charged import duties or customs fees?

Customs charges depend on your own country's import rules and its de minimis threshold, not on the seller. Some destinations apply no duty at all on lower-value parcels, and where duty or VAT does apply it is collected by your local post office or courier before delivery. We ship every order with complete and accurate commercial documents, which is what keeps a parcel moving through customs instead of sitting in it. If you would like to estimate the charges before you order, email us your country and we will point you to the right authority.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, uninstalled and in the packaging it arrived in. Once a part has been fitted, bonded or used it cannot be returned, so please test the part before installation. To start a return, email sales@iProGadget.com.

What should I do if the part arrives damaged or faulty?

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us at sales@iProGadget.com straight away with photos or a short unboxing video, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Do you provide repair guides or installation tutorials?

No. We are a supplier of replacement parts only. We are not a repair shop, and we do not provide repair guides, tutorials or step-by-step installation support. Every part we sell is intended to be installed by a professional technician at a qualified repair shop, which also gives the best result: a technician can transfer the small components, handle the adhesives and test the finished repair. Please do not attempt the installation yourself if you have no previous repair experience, as these assemblies are fragile and incorrect handling can damage them permanently. We sell parts only and do not accept responsibility for installation carried out by the customer. Our warranty covers the part itself and remains valid until the part is installed. If a problem appears after the repair, please take the device back to the repair shop that fitted the part so they can inspect the installation and test the device.

Still have a question about this part? Email us at sales@iProGadget.com and we will confirm compatibility, shipping time or return details for you.
